We operate on a limited drop model. Once a drop sells out it will not be restocked unless specifically announced.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and
issue a full refund.

5. Orders
5.1
Placing an order on sevenfolds.in constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
5.2
Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address after successful placement.
5.3
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5.4
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
5.5
COD orders refused at delivery without valid reason may result in restriction of future COD
orders from that address.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1
We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
6.2
Processing time is 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
6.3
Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
6.4
Tracking information will be provided via SMS and email once dispatched.
6.5
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays or any circumstances beyond our control.
6.6
We currently ship within India only.
6.7
If an order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, a full refund may be requested.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date.
7.2
A processing fee of ₹200 will be deducted from all refunds.
7.3
Products must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact.
7.4
We do not accept returns for worn, washed or damaged products.
7.5
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. No processing fee applies to size exchanges.
7.6
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
7.7
COD order refunds are processed via bank transfer.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products
8.1
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
8.2
Contact us at → support@sevenfolds.in with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
8.3
For genuine defects or incorrect products we will arrange one of the following → Full replacement if stock available. Full refund with no deductions. Store credit of full order value.
8.4
Return shipping costs for defective products will be reimbursed up to ₹200.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1
All content on sevenfolds.in including logos, designs, graphics, text, images and product designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Sevenfold®.
9.2
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified or used commercially without
prior written permission from Sevenfold®.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

The Sevenfold® name, logo and all associated brand elements are protected trademarks.
