Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
During high demand periods or new drop launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order.
Estimated delivery → 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking information will be sent via SMS and email once dispatched.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, public holidays or weather conditions.
We currently ship within India only.

If delay exceeds 25 business days, you may request a full refund.
Returns & Cancellation
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
A processing fee of ₹200 applies to all returns.
Products must be →
Unworn and unwashed. Original tags intact. In original packaging preferred.
We do not accept returns for →
Worn or washed products. Products with missing tags. Products damaged by customer.

Exchanges
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
No processing fee for exchanges.
Please note →
As a limited drop brand, stock is extremely limited. Exchange availability cannot be guaranteed.
If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer → Store credit of full order value OR Full refund minus ₹200 fee.

Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange →
Replacement if stock available. OR Full refund with no deductions. OR Store credit of full value.
Return shipping for defective products is covered by us.
Reimbursement capped at ₹200.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on all orders.
COD orders refused at delivery without valid reason may result in restriction of future COD
orders from that address.
Please ensure someone is available
to receive and pay for the order
at the time of delivery.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Online payment refunds → Credited to original payment method.
COD refunds → Processed via bank transfer. Please provide bank details when submitting your return request.
